Absolute pleasure dealing with Jay, Connor and Team. I was stuck in a seriously bad PCP deal and Jay was the only person to even listen, help and managed to get me out of it!!

Just bought my 4th car off Jay and the guys at Sandhaven car sales, unfortunately had to sell my BMW due to needing a bigger boot and upsize. Jay sent me pics of the perfect car as soon as I messaged him, literally wasn’t on the website yet. Fast forward 3 hours the deal was done and the car was ready to pick up in a few days after all the checks and servicing the guys do before letting you take your new beast home 👌👌 thanks again lads!! I messaged Jay searching for a car, not 100% sure what I wanted and Jay asked the necessary questions and secured me the dream motor. Even when there was an issue with the first motor which was out of Jay’s control he got me another car which I purchased and he told me not to worry about the difference in price. Due to how fantastic the Sandhaven team was, not only will I be back when I go to purchase my next vehicle, but I’ll be taking my car to be serviced there every time.

Went into Sandhaven car sales on Sunday 1st of February and described what car and spec I wanted, Connor and jay managed to find me and source the exact car I wanted with even better spec, then Connor went out of his way to pick my car up from down south and I took ownership of my new car on the 6th February so less than a week! This is the second time I’ve bought a car off Sandhaven and both times they have been amazing pulled out all the stops to get me the car I wanted the car of my dreams. My experience with this place was top tier, Jay was an absolute legend from start to finish! Originally went for a bmw which fell through, but even after that he was still sending me photos of new arrivals and so on! He made the process so easy and was incredibly patient with me, I drove from down south which was a 5 hour drive and when I tell you this place made it worth it! Dealt with Jay purchasing a car for my mother. he was brilliant from start to finish.. sourced us the perfect option. the moment I realised this team were amazing was when they rejected the first car we agreed to buy, they inspected it and they told us they weren't happy with the condition and proceeded to find us an alternative option.

I have just taken deliver of my BMW X4 M40D. Throughout the process Jay couldn't have been any more helpful, answering my questions and sending videos. It was only at the point that I decided to buy that I said I live on the south coast, a mere 330 miles away. Straight away they offered to deliver the car to me. 3 days after that call the car is sitting on my drive. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from then again.
