3rd time using Sandhaven Car sales. Once again, they managed to source the exact car i was looking for within a tight time frame. Communication was perfect throughout, pre and post delivery.

They go above and beyond to make sue every car is as immaculate as a second hand car can be. A massive benefit is that they help choose the right car for what you actually need.

Highly recommend.

Outstanding team, professionally and interpersonally. 100% trustworthy. Really nice people.

Honestly couldn’t fault Sandhaven Car Sales! I’m not the easiest person when I have something in my head, I’m relentless and a pain in the arse, but they’ve been brilliant! So patient with me and the issues we had, 100% recommend Sandhaven to anyone looking to buy a car! Shout out to Jay and Connor, thank you both for everything you’ve done for us during this process, you have both been amazing!

Recently purchased a Cupra Leon from sandhaven.
I must say really professional staff who looked after me while purchasing the new vehicle. Very friendly Staff. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra 1.4i Turbo SRi Nav from Sandhaven Car Sales, and the entire experience was exemplary from start to finish. From my initial enquiry to the final handover, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, transparency, and product knowledge that is truly refreshing. The vehicle itself was presented in excellent condition, perfectly matching the detailed description provided online. The staff at Sandhaven Car Sales made the administrative process seamless and stress-free, ensuring that every detail was handled with efficiency and care. I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. I would highly recommend Sandhaven Car Sales to anyone seeking a reliable vehicle and a first-class buying experience.

Bought my partner her a class from sandhaven back in December, very relaxed process. Was told the car would not be ready until after the new year but had the car delivered to me on the 23rd of December. The whole team at sandhaven were great, and Mark went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend. And I will certainly be back later this year when it's time to replace my car.

Honest, polite and professional guys. They were very helpful finding me a suitable car for my daughter. Not your usual pushy car sales, Was more like a conversation with a friend. Have recommended to other family and friends.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish
Sold my car to them and the whole process was seamless. Jay handled everything for me — quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free. No messing around, no last-minute price changes, just a smooth transaction. Payment came through fast too, exactly as promised.
Would definitely use this garage again and would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking to sell their car without the usual stress. Great experience all round! Thank you 🙏

Good business, friendly staff and a great variety of cars, will be coming back for my next car👍🏼

Into our 7th year of buying from here now and the professional level of service maintaining our fleet is second to none.

Thanks guys

Excellent service from a professional outfit, can't recommend them enough

Great dealership, friendly and helpful staff! Be sure to come back again in the future. Thank you all. :)

Would deal with again, highly recommend!

3rd car bought from here 1 including my Mrs car. Second to none service. Nice and easy. Love my new Audi a3. Top notch!

Bought a VW arteon from the lads 2 months ago was a smooth transition , i did wait over week before it was ready but simply because the lads had a backlog of sold cars getting health check before they went to the new keeper., recently had what looks like a minor fault light come on which again the boys are on it and put things in place to investigate very reactive.

The lads at Sandhaven are probably the best group of lads I’ve met they went above and beyond for me not once but twice they found me my dream car everything that I wanted got me the best deal they could. I won’t go anywhere else now everything is smooth and give regular updates really couldn’t fault them👌

Great service, communication and preparations for the car. Nothing but amazed, everything as described and even when spotting a very minor and unnoticeable bodywork issue they still had that sorted for me no extra cost. Thanks a lot!

Can’t thank the lads at Sandhaven enough, picked up my car on Saturday, absolutely over the moon. J went above and beyond to find me my A class! Really good customer service and the whole experience was flawless, will definitely recommend to other people and will be a returning customer in the future, cheers lads👍🏼

Just picked my 2nd car up from these guys and they really do go above and beyond! Extremely happy with the customer service and overall attitude. Very professional. Will certainly use them again in the future!

The staff that work here are so helpful and give amazing customer service. They kept me updated with my car and I was beyond happy when I went for collection. They are so friendly and easy going and will always help you and point you in the right direction. I would highly recommend going here if you would like to purchase a car!☺️

Really good service made me feel incredibly comfortable and didn’t make me feel any pressure at all. Kev was a great lad would recommend

Just purchased from Kev at Sandhaven, amazing service, helpful and friendly and I’ve now got a lovely car that I’ve been wanting for ages. So happy with it and can’t fault the service

Excellent service again! We will condition to use sandhaven care sales in shotton because they will go above and beyond to help us as much as they can! A big thank you to Kev and the lads for their help we love our car 🚗

If I could give 6 stars I would, this place is absolutely amazing, it was my first time financing a car and they helped me so well and was so patient with me, the guys there are absolute credits to the car sales industry! Picked up a VW golf GTD and when I got there it was in beautiful condition, and was all very true to the photos! Would highly recommend, I drove 5 hours to get to this place and I would 10000% do it again

This is my second purchase with sandhaven and won’t be my last. Jay has been an absolute gem with finding me my perfect car! Fully trust this company which can be hard when you haven’t a clue !! Totally recommend- nothing is a bother to them and they genuinely go out of their way to help you in anyway they can 🤗

Was a pleasure working with Connor and the rest of the team at Sandhaven car sales. Highly professional attitudes and no beating around the bush, (which you tend to get when purchasing new cars) my new car was ready to pick up within less than a week! Pleasure lads. Cheers!

Bought a van from Sandhaven Car Sales and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, no pressure, and everything was explained clearly. The van was exactly as described and in great condition.
Really appreciated how honest and helpful they were — made the whole thing stress-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle, and I’d happily use them again in the future.

This is my second car from Sandhaven. Jay was fantastic and sourced me the car I said I was interested in. Whilst also helping me with the finance for my last car, he sorted out the finance on my current car. Could not have been more helpful!! Made finding a new car very easy, thank you🙂🙂

I have just taken delivery of my BMW X4 M40D. Throughout the process Jay couldn't have been any more helpful, answering my questions and sending videos. It was only at the point that I decided to buy that I said I live on the south coast, a mere 330 miles away. Straight away they offered to deliver the car to me. 3 days after that call the car is sitting on my drive. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from then again.

Sold my car to this dealer, was quick and easy no drama and was good talking with whoever it was ! would recommend

Great service from Jay and the team. Great customer service and a fast and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend sandhaven enough ! Smooth transaction highly informative enquired about my car the day before and drove it away the next thanks so much jay

Dealt with the lads at Sandhaven a couple of times now, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they’ll find you exactly what you want with no hassle and a quick turnaround…wouldn’t go anywhere else

Wow what a team No1

Conner is an amazing guy . first of all this is now my second car purchased from these guys . First time i didn’t have a clue and options that I could have . The guys sorted everything from settling my original finance to suppling me a fantastic new car with a very competitive new finance . This time a quick message to say I was thinking off buying a new car . Wow with in an hour the lads replied finance agreed to payed off and a new car with even better finance agreement . What stated as a bad week was quickly turned around with these lads I would Defintly recommend these guys with out thinking about it .
no hassle .complete ease . All I would say if you need advice or help ring these guys you won’t be let down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchases a car from the company a couple of years ago, when I was ready to move on I was given a price higher than any other part ex. On top of that was given advice about purchasing of a new car, despite not buying the car from them. Stress and hassle free process. Would recommend anyone to buy from them. Cheers
Andy.
